First of all, this mug is comical. My husband ordered one for him and one for our son in law. He didn’t believe me when I told him I used it for sumo deadlifts. Then he got home and went to pick it up. I laughed. Don’t get me wrong, my husband is strong. He just wasn’t expecting the weight and the awkward distribution with the handle. This cup is heavy duty. It doesn’t hold much, but it will help develop some muscles you didn’t realize you needed.

Very heavy with a shallow area that holds about ten ounces of liquid. I’m going to start having everyone drink from this as a requirement to getting on my boat. Also I can use it as an anchor in an emergency!

This product is NOT food grade. Prone to rust and covered in paint you wouldn't want in your mouth. Paint they ask you not to chip. The receptacle holds almost no water. So basically a RUSTY cup shaped dumbbell you'd never drink from. Purpose defeated
