Beat features are the steps and bunk shelf
Got this 2 months ago for 14yo. Instructions were easy to follow. Kids helped. We put a full size futon mattress on it. The best features are the steps and the shelf on the bunk. Very sturdy/no wobble/no clanky sound. Would buy again.

A Perfect Loft Bed — With Essential Upgrades
I’m really enjoying this loft bed! I bought it mainly for the staircase and the shelf, and honestly those two features make the entire setup feel like a functional space instead of a kid’s bunk with a ladder. The steps are way better than any ladder could ever be. They feel sturdy, safe, and easy to climb — a huge upgrade for daily use. And the shelf is absolutely worth it; it makes the top level feel like a real sleeping nook with space for a lamp, phone, books, etc. Under-bed clearance is a little short (especially if you’ve seen the IKEA loft bed, which has around 4–6 more inches underneath). Those few inches really do matter if you plan to use the area as an adult workspace or lounge. I considered adding risers, but with the staircase design, it wouldn’t feel stable enough, so I kept it as-is. Even with the lower clearance, I’m very happy with this bed. For the price, the quality, stairs, and shelf make it absolutely worth it.

Definitely a commitment, but worthwhile!
I'm in a studio, and this piece has definitely saved a TON of room! It's short enough that I can still sit up on the top bunk, and while I haven't been able to screw it into the wall yet it still feels pretty sturdy! But one thing to mention- do NOT build this by yourself! It recommends two adults at least, FOLLOW THAT! You definitely CAN build it by yourself if you have to, but it took me 9 hours from start to finish with minimal breaks. Instructions are pretty clear although I'd pay attention to the way the pieces are facing in the pictures. The only reason I rate it a 4 not a 5 is two of the wooden pieces didn't have the correct hole placement for the pre-drilled spots so be wary of that. Other than that though, so far I like it!

Great
Very sturdy, and easy to assemble. Takes a while, but as long as you are organized, and can follow instructions, you can do it.

Great Bed
Great bed- Sturdy. Saves on space- kids can build with legos- etc underneath or great desk area for teen or adult. It does take some time to put together- took my husband about 4 hours solo (with plenty of breaks)

Great buy!
I love these lofted beds and would recommend to anyone looking for more space. I have 3 of them, assembled within two days (only because we had to move furniture around to get the boxes in and opened). But they are durable, spacious, creative in design and sturdy.

Very nice, love the storage
Pretty much does its job! The instructions were fairly clear, there are only pictures but everything is labeled well. It took three girls in their 20s to put the whole thing together in about 3 hours. The bed feels sturdy and doesn’t wobble.

Would purchase again
Purchased for tall, early teen. We anticipate they will use it through their teenage years. It’s solid and well worth the time and money. We haven’t had any issues. The stairs are sturdy and great for storage. The overall bed has remained stable 6 months in. Assembly took about 6-8 hours - need at least two people.
