We use it everyday for most everything. The duel system has been more useful than we thought and very user friendly. Only thing that I can comment on to better the product is perhaps a noise reduction. But that's all. Easy to clean and the broiler is much more aggressive than our previous one. (And this one is refurbed) ... Not disappointed at all.

It's a little tricky to operate, the round dial is very sensitive

THIS SELLER ITSTHE WORST.bought this oven for $250 it didnt work had an electrical problem, flickering lights, not reaching temperature, returned it replacement was not in my options so they refunded me only $134 tried to texted them and they only copy and paste the same response NOT EVEN amazon A-Z warranty helped me. it was return in a box with fragile/top/bottom marked in the outside with paper and plastic in the inside with all the parts and clean. this is a FRAUD/SCAM they cover their backs with they restocking fee and packing conditions so much trouble but this product that its not that good.the product is tricky the TOP oven is a little short so if you put a crossaint/long cut french bred it will touch and burn in the top heaters bars. pretty much just sandwich bread slices.if you try to use both ovens for the smart cook feature and you open the oven it will cancel and need to be reprogram. its not that easy to use at the begging because there is not instructions but once you get it its easy but a little too much of clicks. for this money 200-250 you can get a better one brand new with better perfomance and space I TOUGHT it was a great deal because the brand and the price but NOT that is why NINJA changed the model next year.

I loved it. However it is suppose to seal between the top and bottom but I had steam in the upper level when in use only on the bottom

I use this several times a day for toast, warming, and baking. It's great in the summer to bake without heating up the big gas oven. I love the air fryer functions. The controls are pretty intuitive and easy to use.

It works well but really is huge… and uses a surprisingly large amount of electricity.It does a good job and is relatively versatile.

Leaks. No matter how much you clean it, it leaks from cracks in the back.

The oven is excellent. Functional and easy to use. Looks great to boot.However, watch out for that border tax. $155 at the door when delivered on basically a $400+ item. I almost told them to take it back
