Krusteaz Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix, 17.1-Ounce Box (Pack of 2)

My mom always bought this brand when I was growing up and is the best muffin mix I personally think. I am 35 and haven’t bought any other brand. They come with fresh little blueberries which brings the flavor to each muffin.

I just add cinnamon and ginger, mix it into the dry ingredients, and use virgin olive oil in the wet ingredients instead of vegetable oil, and I add blue berries too, fresh and plump, comes out perfect every time. Because of the altitude I live in its high, I turn the oven on 25 degrees less, and it always comes out perfect after 15 to 16 minutes, you just tap one with your finger and if it bounces back, you can take them out of the oven, if it sinks a bit, leave it bake for another minute or 2 and check again, easy peasy perfect muffins.

Honestly, just based on the commercial price of canned blueberries, these are a steal. The blueberries themselves are a gamechanger for baking if you've only used artificial or freeze-dried berries in baking. They add so much texture and flavor - especially if you're making a loaf.

Really great tasting! Actually after making two boxes and ordered two more. Gave a couple to our County Road Plow Guy and he loved them...after that he didn’t fill our drive up with snow! I bought frozen blueberries and added extra to the mix. It comes with enough I just prefer a lot of blueberries.

Moist and very delicious.. Will be ordering more soon.

What I like best is the blueberries are in liquid in a can. not the dried ones you so often see. Easy to make. I do add a little sugar on the tops. .not for flavor but for a little crunch!

Better than any other brand boxed muffin mixes that I have tried. Very good taste. Almost better than homemade, maybe even better. Can count on it always turning out good. I have purchased this many times and have told others about it.

If you don't mind the gross color, save the berries and the juice and you will love the results. I accidently for got to drain the berries when I mixed them in. The color wasn't the greatest and the mix was a little looser, but my husband couldn't get over how moist and tasty they were. Maybe try using a little less juice and see if you like them.
