Be careful!!! Use ONLY the NITROGEN cartridges from the manufacturer ( which are ridiculously expensive). They are the exact SIZE needed. They have the exact AMOUNT OF GAS needed. They use nitrogen which is stable under different temperatures. DO NOT use CO2 cartridge 8 grams. It is too much gas. And the co2 cartridge is slightly longer. And that millimeter makes a DANGEROUS difference. When you screw the back piece with the spring on the cartridge, as you tighten it will pierce the CO2 cartridge and it will spray!!!!!!!!!!! all by itself!!!!. Only use the nitrogen. cartridges from the manufacturer.

This is an amazing tool. It will give you the time and space to get away or get to a more permanent stopping device. Despite the one review saying professionals don’t want to use it (they are insanely wrong). I would use this anywhere at any time, and have. The effects are not long lasting and cleanup/decontamination is easy. I have gotten these for every family member. I have had more success with the blast than with pepper spray or a taser in my 15 years of using them.

We use these at work(prison) and I must warn you, you DO NOT want to discharge this in your home or car. Even in an open area you will regret discharging this as you will absolutely suffer it's effects. This is a professional tool that even professionals don't want to use.
