I just received this product today, and it came exactly as advertised. It is yet to be seen if it is beneficial, but the product itself is exactly as pictured and in great condition. The only thing I was disappointed in, which is miniscule, is that it didn't come with any pamphlet of how to use it in different ways, like some of the other reviews had shown. I took a screen shot of how to use it for each area, so that'll work! I am very happy with this purchase and I'm so glad I went with this one compared to the exact same item that costs way more.

I have a lot of sinus issues and this has changed the game! Not only does it help with evening out skin care products, but it helps drain fluid from the face. It’s one of the most relaxing part of my skin care! I get super sleepy after doing Gua Sha. I keep mine in the freezer so it feels even more amazing. I’m pretty sure it’s’ authentic Jade from my research, but even if it’s not it is amazing! Treat yourself!

I was devastated that I dropped and broke the one I had but this replacement is amazing. I love the case it came with along with the cleaning cloth. Easy to travel with and I definitely recommend this product.

Use this with your essential oil blend or cream blend. Be gentle and not in a rush for the best results.
