Absolute beast of a pc
I don’t have a single game to even challenge this pc. First one I received was damaged in shipping and Corsair sent my repair parts for free and got it back running and then had major failure so Corsair sent me a replacement. Their customer support went so far above and beyond

Great once it works
Showed up with a dead GPU. Got a partial refund the cost of the card and bought the same one, works great now.

Absolute BEAST crushes anything I throw at it
Arrived well packed, fired up and went through stress tests with flying colors. Beautiful and functional case, this computer is very well designed and put together. Oh, and did I mention it is an absolute BEAST. Expensive but worth every penny. mine came with a MSI mobo and a Gigabyte GPU. The reason you pay top dollar for this brand is to ensure getting top tier components. If you are lazy like me and don't feel like building the computer yourself, this thing is perfect.

Not a good quality product
It was crashing up over and over. I better wait at least a year until the company improves this product's weaknesses. You don't want to spend over $5000 to keep fixing it all the time.

Need Some Vendor Support On This
I've only had this for two days and everything looked good unboxing it and during first power on. Went through a Windows update and iCUE managed component firmware updates. After the updates and restart, the bottom front cooling fan stopped lighting up. I checked the iCUE settings, the physical cable connections from the fan to the control module and no luck. The fan still spins but no lights. I know that may sound like a petty complaint but when you spend over 4K for a premium gaming tower you kind of expect it to work without issue. I called Corsair Support and explained the issue and just wanted a replacement fan and possibly a new control module, they told me that they have no association with this Corsair Store on Amazon and suggested I deal with the vendor. However, I can't find anyway to contact the vendor here, so there's that. Hopefully the vendor will contact me to get this resolved.
