I take it just before bed, and I sleep through the night. I like the taste, and it's easier to take drops than swallow pills.

This has a great flavor, and it works well, helps me sleep better than melatonin. The first bottle had a dropper with no markings so I had to guess. But the second bottle's dropper has markings, so I like that one.
