can we install it on aerodynamic roof bars (i.e. not square)?

I’ve used it on a rack with rounded bars, and it stayed on (semi-circles with a flat top if you see what I mean)

Can you use this on small cars?

I used this great, giant bag on roof rails. It’s roughly 3x4ft in footprint. When packed full is 18-20in deep. The roof rails are about 36-40in apart. So if you have rails which a can be adjusted you should be fine. It packs a lot of stuff. When we go camping we managed to fit all of the following inside it; a 5 person tent, 4 thick camp mats, small table, 4 sleeping bags, gas canisters and cooking rings, enough family towels for the beach and showers, 4 camping chairs and a few smaller items. Thankfully I have 2 strong teenagers to help lift it onto the roof rails. When it’s full you’ll be hard pressed to lift it on your own.

Can this be used with a pano glass sunroof?

I guess so: it needs roof bars to sit on, so it wouldn’t be directly on the glass sunroof. Handirack do make inflatable bars that wrap through the doors but I think they’d interfere with the opening and closing of your sun roof whereas proper roof bars are raised off the roof. It might be worth contacting the company too; I’ve found them very helpful in the past.

Is this a full car width or would it fit alongside a bike carrier?

I have the 330litre and it’s not quite as wide as my Zafira roof. You may have problems fitting the straps that hold it in place over the ends of your roof bars with a cycle carrier on the bars too. You would be fine with their narrower 175 litre roof bag as that presumably has a different system of attachment judging from pics on their website.
