Cette cloche est de grande qualité et donne un pain cuit à la perfection. Cependant il faut s’en tenir à un pain de 550-600 grammes max.

Wonderful Cloche for small boule bread
This cloche is on the small side but it’s perfect for a 3 cups bread flour boule. It’s nonstick and no need to use parchment paper. Also I place the dough in the cold cloche and put inside the cold oven. I turned the oven on at 450° F (232° C) and baked covered for 45 minutes (to account for the heating up time), uncovered and baked for an additional 5 minutes to desired browning. Bread rose well and came out nice and crispy. The blue color is very pretty and because of its small size, it’s lightweight and fits anywhere on your kitchen counter.

Beautiful Cloche
Cast iron bread cloche is well made and looks great. My sourdough bread cooks perfectly in it. The bonus proofing basket and scoring knife work exceptionally well.
