Mushroom Man LLC, Lion's Mane Mushroom Kit

Very easy to grow. My shrooms look strange I think due to cutting a second “x marking” from the other side making the energy source focus on growing two mushrooms. But it’s still a success in my eyes! One thing I would do differently is, I would cut the “x” marking in the center to the side of the label next time and only do one cut marking since the mushrooms are pretty big now and touching the plate. Thanks for this awesome kit, it’s super exciting to watch it grow everyday. I’m really looking forward to the wonderful health benefits as well. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is into mushrooms and gardening. One last thing, very informative video, I appreciate all of the examples used. Thanks again!

Bought this as a Christmas gift. Hubby is enjoying it. He's had two mushrooms out of it so far and the taste is fantastic.

This came with good instructions and was easy to use. Would be an excellent product if only the company would get back to you when you have questions.

We probably didn't give it the best of care, being new to this. But we got a couple of decent harvests out of our kit.

Great quality lion's mane mushroom kit. I loved it from the moment I un boxed it. I could tell mushroom man really loves their products by the neat way they put it together and his ernest instructions video. Being patient and attentive was the key to my success with this beautiful kit. I have a second flush peeking through the subtrate 2 weeks after harvest as we speak! Once harvested,I simply sauteed it with pink Himalayan salt and butter so I could get to the pure experience of this mushroom. It chews like sponge and turns into that velvety mushroom feel, I am more familiar with. I'll make the vegan crab cakes next time.(and I'm not vegan either) I suffer from neurological problems and feel constant burning in both hands,after eating this lion's mane the pain has subsided on my left hand. I'm getting my money's worth as I watch my 2nd flush grow. They were generous with the mycelium in this kit. I may get a third flush as well. Enjoy!

Really upset about these mushrooms. Followed directions to the T and it gave us one bloom . For the money not a good investment. Disappointed because I got everything to grow a lot of mushrooms so even the set up which was nice didn’t help .

My daughter is a chef, and she prefers cooking with home grown herbs, spices, fruits, and vegetables. She mentioned to me once that one of the cooks in her kitchen grew his own shiitake, and lion's mane mushrooms, and that he had brought some in for her to try at home. She said they were incredible! So my brain started spinning and I thought to myself, ‘I wonder if Amazon would sell what she would need to grow her own. Sure enough!! I checked out the reviews and this was the top rated product ~~ and for good reason!! I sent the seller a question at 10:30pm on a Friday night and within 5 minutes I had a response!! And it was NOT an automated response - it was a PERSONALIZED note answering my question. And when my daughter received her gift, she reached out to him as well, and he responded to her immediately. So far she has gotten 3 cuttings from it, and she said it's still going strong. So YES, I most definitely recommend this product from this seller! I would not hesitate to purchase anything from him!! Now, or in the future.

Just follow the instructions! Once you've got your first harvest (mine was size of 2 fists together), twist it off from the grow medium (don't cut it, leaving a base) and just wait for the next harvest to start growing right away. Grows so fast, you can almost watch it getting bigger. Fun as well as delicious! Before it's exhausted, I intend to move the medium to a log outside, hopefully it'll take and grow wild from there.
