I woke up the next morning and I definitely felt more alert because I slept through the night. Also I felt more alert and energetic. I will definitely be purchasing this again

Jury's out. Took these a couple of times the first time.e I feel, yes I DID seem to have a bit more oomph. The second time no noticeable difference although the second time of taking I was really exhausted and I don't believe anything would of pepped me up. Do these work? Dunno. I'm by no means medical in any way and can only base this on my personal opinion

These are easy to swallow and don't leave any strange aftertaste. For 90 100% pure capsules they are not bad value and they are vegan and gluten free which is great. Overall good Himalayan pure capsules that come nicely packaged.
