This phone is amazing! The battery easily lasts me a full day of heavy tiktok lives and gaming with around 40% charge left before bed. This phone charges so fast your jaw will drop to the floor! The speaker is phenomenal! I can hear everything even with background noise! Perfect for a mechanic like me in the field. The display is beautiful and the camera surprised me with how good it is. Definitely perfect for me with ULTRA FAST data transfer, 2TB expandable storage, perfect balance of battery and weight and probably the best chip set in any rugged phones available today. Highly recommend to my fellow blue collar workers looking for an absolute tank with flagship features! Ulefone did an excellent job making this phone look,feel and perform with uber high quality in my opinion. I will keep this review updated if my opinion changes negatively for any reason over time.

This is the best cellphone purchase I ever made. The phone is exceptional with features, and durability. I highly recommend this phone if you want a phone that will last. You don't have to be concerned with the phone breaking because you dropped it, or got water on it. The company that I purchased it from is also exceptional. Daniel, the customer service representative that I have been dealing with has helped me with post purchase questions. Daniel is very helpful, and answers your questions quickly to resolve any of your concerns. In a time of poor products, and customer service, this company shines! I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THE PHONE, AND THE COMPANY THAT SELLS IT.

This marks my third time buying this phone. This is likely the greatest phone I've ever had, in every way.The problem I have with it is a game changer. I use a heart pacemaker. This phone cannot activate the programs and applications required for communication with my cardiology clinic. Every time I returned the phone, it was only after struggling for hours to connect it, even with help from the pacemaker technicians. It worked with all the other phones I've had. We are unsure why it's not connecting, since it has everything needed to establish a connection. It simply won't happen. I reached out to Ulefone for help, but their only suggestion was to return the phone, which wasn't helpful at all. I asked them could that could be the problem? The phone is initially equipped with Android 14. The phone receives the Android 15 update via the internet. However, it stops working after the Android 15 update. I'm forced to revert to my previous phone, which initially ran on Android 15. So, I am returning it for the last time until I am assured it works with the required Pacemaker app!

This has been an amazing phone to use. The battery life lasts all day, and then some, even with constant usage. I had a little hiccup with the initial setup (likely because of something I did), and was able to reach out to customer service and they were nothing short of wonderful to work with. This is my 2nd Ulefone device and they have been completely reliable. There was nothing wrong with my original device, an Armor 26 HT, just wanted to update to a newer version of Android. This phone feels solid and durable. The best feature, aside from no bloatware, is the cost is far more reasonable than the "bigger" brands.

the phone unlocked makes it unusable with Verizon, Ulefone will send you endless excuses that its your fault and advise you to switch to T-Mobile. The software is sub standard at best. If you need a thermal or night vision camera, buy one as this phone as a phone when i purchased it from launch is a 1200$ brick. AGAIN i state look before you leap and search company reviews online as there are SO MANY stating the same. DO NOT expect a refund or ANY viable customer service from this company. no phone to call, no acceptable address to mail and emails upon emails of loops and excuses.

So far so good on TMobile in US. If anything changes I'll update the review. Might vision is really nice. Phone is very fast and plenty of storage and gadgets. Only flaw is the main camera. Even though it has the 1" sensor it takes photos just like a One plus Nord my wife has, which isn't that good. It only zooms digitally to 4x as well. So if you're looking for a really nice main camera. This isn't the one for you. But all the other features and the fact I have professional cameras, I still give this 5 star.

Excellent phone with tons of features and a strong, durable build. As a rugged device, some functions may be slightly affected by the design. Unfortunately, after a few days, the touchscreen stopped responding, which I later learned is a known issue. I have to say, though, the Ulefone support team handled it very professionally and were super friendly throughout the process.

This phone has it all and is practically indestructible! Huge battery and mega memory. Customer service is fast and efficient. This is a extreme duty Phone.
