Works great. Limits the rise. Predictable results. For near perfection, cook at 425, rotate after 8 minutes and remove the top section after 16 minutes. Reduce the heat to 400 and cover the puff pastry ends lightly with foil as needed so the ends don’t cook too quickly.

Product seems to be well made, good weight and rather thick construction. Was rather skeptical but didn’t want to spend hundreds of dollars ordering it from europe. Will only update if there is anything wrong or unpleasant during my upcoming baking session. If there is no update, that means it’s successful and i am happy. PS: so i finally used it and the baking tray worked excellent. Had it at 400° F and it didn’t warp. Puff pastry came out excellent!

This baking sheet provides a much better experience when cooking macarons. It doesn't give the headaches other baking sheets do. I recommend it.
