Versitile lamp for most occasions.
I shall start this by simply saying I love this superb lamp & the many different ways it can be used. Wonderfully compact when collapsed & snug in its carry bag, & useable as a standard straight beam torch in this configuration, although this is a little uncomfortable due to the shape, the lamp soon extends to its smallest useable size of around 18 inches high. Very useful for lap work where you wish the light directly over the task at hand, be that soldering, sewing, carving etc. The option for either one, two or three of the lights is available, in different tones & brightness settings. The battery lasts for an absolute age, which is very useful in case one forgets to charge it one night after some hours of usage. The lights themselves are repositionable in a wide variety of directions, both raising/lowering, but also twisting as well. Combined with the various light settings & the adjustable height the possibilities are seemingly endless. With all that said, I was happy with the price I paid, especially considering the usefulness, but over that sale price it would have been a harder decision.
