Great product
I've finished taking the entire bottle now and I can say I experienced no negative effects from taking this pumpkin seed oil. It was my first time using pumpkin seed oil because I heard it can help with hair and I do see that while taking it it really helped with my shedding and maintaining density.

Received new sealed box. Expiration date is sooner than I would have liked. But if I am consistent with taking I should beat the date on the bottle. I have seen images of the capsules sticking together. I store mine in the refrigerator to avoid any issues.

I am a clinical aromatherapist by trade and purchased this in order to use it in my hair-oil blends for MEN. Pumpkin seed oil can help in androgenic balding (balding in men due to hormones and aging). This brand was recommended to me by my Aromatherapy program and at The natural school I attend for such courses and I found it in Whole foods for more money. I bought it here for a more affordable price. Male clients of mine take this as a daily supplement to help with balding and also will use it in the blends I make them to massage into the scalp.

Pills arrived today 9/25/22. 1st red flag. They have a sticker covering the disclaimer on the bottle that states that the claims made by them are not backed by the FDA. 2nd red flag. The bottle says pumpkin seed oil is dark green. I cut open a pill and the color was dark brown. Even with 2 red flags I decided to at least give the product a try as it had no odor to it and it was sealed properly. So i took one pill with food as per the directions. Within 30 minutes of digesting the pill my head started hurting. Prior to taking the pill my head had not been hurting all day. Prior to taking the pill my head had not been hurting all week. I will just purchase regular pumpkin seeds and consume them as opposed to trying another supplement.
