Installed this product just 3 days ago and it immediately started leaking. When the engineer inspected it, he confirmed that the problem was due to a faulty pipe inside the jet, which means it was defective from the beginning. Because of this, I had to call the engineer again, pay for the service visit, and also spend extra money on a new pipe to replace the defective one. This is extremely disappointing, especially for a product that is supposed to be new and reliable. It’s unfair that a customer has to bear extra cost and inconvenience due to a manufacturing defect. I am now requesting a refund for the product, along with reimbursement for the unnecessary expenses I had to pay because of the faulty part. Very poor quality and quality control. Definitely not expected!
