Been using this for 4 years now and I think it works for my kids. My 16 yo is now 5'10 and my 14 yo is 5' 5". They are both taller than their dad. Did not work for my daughter because she stopped as she said that she gets acne when she takes this.

Contains Gelatin that is not advertised or mentioned on Amazon ingredients. I have unopened bottle but Cannot be replaced or returned. Very unhappy!

Modest doses of mineral supplement for bone growth
standard mineral supplement with modest doses of calcium and vitamin D. Made in the USA is a plus. The younger kids have trouble swallowing the capsules, so better for teens or older kids. The price point is a bit high for the actual content of supplement, but when kids are growing, the added boost of calcium and D for bone support seems worthwhile.
