My hair is thinning, as it does with age. So I got this for my hair. Jury is out if it is helping my hair. Giving it some time. My nails are normally pretty strong unless I do something stupid like gel nails. (Love those, but my nails don't!). As I age, my skin is drier, thought it could use support. I can't take the big vitamin pills/capsules, so the gummies size work for me. I like the fact that there is no sugar and they taste just fine. I'm not taking these for energy, my energy levels are fine. Worth a try.

I absolutely love these vitamins! They have really helped with my hair. I was losing so much hair when I was washing my hair and since taking 2 a day, I see a huge difference in hair and my nails! My hair hardly comes out in the shower now. I will lose some while drying my hair, but not like I did in the past. My nails also got stronger and grow faster! I see the pictures still show vitamin A but when I actually got the product it was a different label and did not show vitamin A anymore. I looked it up and apparently people were taking too much and getting vision problems so nature made stop adding vitamin A. That is not an issue with the product, that is user error for using more than recommended. It would be the same with any drug. But they decided to take vitamin A off anyways. Might as well take off all the other vitamins as well and just sell candy at that point so ppl can eat however much they want and not overdose.
