My hair is thinning, as it does with age. So I got this for my hair. Jury is out if it is helping my hair. Giving it some time. My nails are normally pretty strong unless I do something stupid like gel nails. (Love those, but my nails don't!). As I age, my skin is drier, thought it could use support. I can't take the big vitamin pills/capsules, so the gummies size work for me. I like the fact that there is no sugar and they taste just fine. I'm not taking these for energy, my energy levels are fine. Worth a try.

Taste good and does it job

I absolutely love these vitamins! They have really helped with my hair. I was losing so much hair when I was washing my hair and since taking 2 a day, I see a huge difference in hair and my nails! My hair hardly comes out in the shower now. I will lose some while drying my hair, but not like I did in the past. My nails also got stronger and grow faster!
