I love coconut vinegar as I have found it to offer a stronger acidic flavor. It is not over powering as it blends well in making sauces, or picking. Put away those commercial bottled dressings and make at home your own vingaretts (a nice robust flavored olive oil, pinch of garlic, coconut vinegar) you have a base for a wonderful treat. I do post home salad recipes, keep an eye out for them - they are easy and tasty

I am taking this for my health, Apple Cider Vinegar is hard on my stomach. I am on Atkins diet and reached a plateau. Adding a few drops in water for breakfast, lunch, and dinner has helped my digestion improve and I am down to a weight I have not seen in over 8 years! Amazing! Keep in mind this does not mean I can eat whatever I want, but with this I believe I will be back to a healthy weight and better health this year. Hope this information is helpful.

I have a supermarket by me that sells some (not as much) for $3. They haven’t had anymore in weeks so I decided to check the zon and this is the cheapest (priced) one and good quality.

I feel it's less acidic than ACV. once you try this coconut vinegar for few days, you will get used to the taste. The taste is better than ACV.

Reminds me of Toddy!! But again, Toddy is fermented right (mind blown) Loved the flavor, absolutely amazing for salads! Do you use it for anything else? please advice
