Hard to put my finger on the exact effect or note that I saw a material change in my breathing; however, I will say that I just did a long road trip through the mountains and didn't even notice the higher altitude, which usually affects my breathing.

After taking this for about a week now I haven’t noticed much improvement. I did notice a small difference in my energy such as having a little more will to go for a quick run but overall nothing major related to my lungs etc. This might be different for everyone but personally I don’t think the difference is enough for me.

I love this brand. They are affordable and I can pronounce all the ingredients which I really appreciate! Everyone in my family has had an URI and I so far haven’t gotten it. I am a smoker and I do feel like these make my lungs feels better. They don’t stink and they don’t make me jittery. I don’t feel energetic but I don’t think you’re supposed to. They are normal size and easy to swallow. They are effective and I like that the j gradients are natural too!
