I tried another version of these mats previously and returned it. The surface was not as nice as this one. This mat was a bit more expensive but well worth the additional cost. The surface is nice and easy to see and follow as an interactive guide to learn Islamic Prayer. There is a book included that includes Dua in Arabic, Phonetic Arabic in English Characters, and English. I believe it is available in other languages as well. Easy to follow and learn from. If you are not able to hit the correct positions due to age, disability, the prayer will continue after a pause so you can adapt to your needs.

This is amazing for new Muslims or anyone who is wanting to learn how to pray! It helped me a lot in the beginning of my journey! It has a lot of surahs and they are a bit hard to catch as someone who was new it Islam but I comes after a while! It’s definitely worth it!

Recent revert. Loving the mat. Works as described. Originally the batteries we used didn’t work. It did turn on the mat, however, it did not light up the salah positions. The seller got in contact with me when I requested a replacement and further explained what batteries to use. Please do not use rechargeable batteries. The volume is also great. Can’t wait to learn to pray. Thank you Noorart!

If your a new revert to Islam and don’t know how to pray. Buy this it’s good. Only a few problems I have found out while using this prayer mat for about a month. Always on Maghrib prayer it takes a 10 second delay to go on one Ruku during the prayer. It’s a long delay. But other than that it’s fine. Another thing I found out. In the manual it states that when you are praying all buttons are locked so you won’t get interrupted. This is false when you press on the prayer select it just stops the prayer completely. So take that to note. I hope this prayer mat can last me a good time untill I’m ready to move on without it, no big problems yet.
