Exactly as described match the ones that came with my swirl perfectly. Ninja UK told me they didn't have any spares available yet, looks like these came from the States but shipping was free for Prime members, and took about a week. Dead pleased.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars — I Was Skeptical, but This Ninja CREAMi Completely Won Us Over! Ease of Use & First Impressions When I first purchased the Ninja CREAMi Scoop & Swirl, I was genuinely worried I would regret it. I’ve seen plenty of kitchen appliances that promise incredible results and effortless operation, only to discover they’re complicated to use or the finished product is disappointing. I was especially skeptical about whether homemade soft serve could actually taste and feel like the real thing. I am absolutely thrilled to say that this machine exceeded every expectation I had! Ingredients & Lactose-Free Performance My daughter is lactose intolerant, so being able to control exactly what goes into our ice cream was a huge selling point. For our first batches, we used lactose-free whole milk and coconut cream instead of traditional heavy cream. I wasn’t sure whether this combination would produce the creamy texture we wanted, but the results were phenomenal! We made three flavors: * Chocolate * Strawberry * Salted Caramel Every single flavor turned out beautifully! The texture was rich, creamy, and smooth, with that wonderful soft-serve consistency we were hoping for. There was absolutely nothing about the finished product that made us feel like we were sacrificing quality by using lactose-free ingredients. Ease of Preparation & Operation This was probably my biggest surprise. Making the ice cream really IS as easy as Ninja claims! Preparing the mixtures was straightforward, and once the bases were properly frozen, the machine did the hard work. The process of turning our frozen mixtures into delicious, creamy soft serve was incredibly simple. I expected a learning curve, but we had fantastic results right from our first attempts. Portion Size & Value Here’s another pleasant surprise! We originally assumed each pint would provide approximately two soft-serve cones. Instead, we managed to get FIVE cones from a single pint! Obviously, the exact number will depend on how generously you fill your cones, but for our household, that was much better than expected. This also makes the extra pint containers particularly useful. Having additional containers means we can prepare multiple flavors ahead of time and keep them frozen until we’re ready to enjoy them. Design & Convenience I really appreciate the versatility of the Scoop & Swirl system. Being able to make traditional scoopable ice cream or dispense soft serve gives us options depending on what we’re craving. The additional pint containers are a wonderful convenience, especially when experimenting with flavors or preparing ice cream for multiple people. We’ve already made chocolate, strawberry, and salted caramel, and coffee ice cream is next on our list! The One Drawback — Freezing Time If I had to identify one negative, it would be the wait. Our mixtures needed approximately 14 hours in the freezer before they were ready to process and dispense. When you’re excited to try a new flavor, that waiting period can feel like forever! This isn’t really a performance flaw, since freezing the base is simply part of how the machine works. However, it does mean you need to plan ahead rather than expecting to make a batch and immediately enjoy it. Having additional pint containers makes that considerably easier because you can prepare several flavors in advance. Pros: * Incredibly easy to use, even for beginners. * Produces genuinely delicious, smooth, creamy soft serve. * Works beautifully with our lactose-free milk and coconut cream recipe. * Allows complete control over ingredients. * Surprisingly generous portions from each pint. * Multiple containers make preparing flavors ahead of time convenient. * Excellent versatility between scoopable ice cream and soft serve. Cons: * Requires significant advance freezing time before processing. * Spontaneous ice cream cravings require having a prepared pint already frozen. Overall Verdict — 5/5 Stars I went into this purchase expecting that I might end up disappointed by another kitchen gadget that overpromised and underdelivered. Instead, I was SHOCKED by just how well it worked! Not only was the process genuinely simple, but the results were so delicious that every flavor we made felt like a success. Being able to create wonderful lactose-free soft serve for my daughter makes the experience even better. The extra pint containers are absolutely worthwhile for our household because we can have different flavors prepared and waiting in the freezer. Our only complaint is having to wait for the mixtures to freeze, and considering how good the finished ice cream tastes, that’s a compromise we’re happy to make! Five enthusiastic stars!
