I don’t usually write reviews, but this probiotic is worth recommending. It helps me stay regular without any stomach discomfort, and I feel much lighter and cleaner overall.

Take these on an empty stomach daily with no discomfort but they seem to help with my digestion. Decent value so will continue to buy for now.
