came so fast, It tastes great and this is on the nicer more affordable quality protein oatmeals I will 100% be getting this again and its really good with its sugar content because I got this oatmeal because I go my wisdom teeth out and you can't have that much sugar so if you need a tasty and healthy option this is the one.
