This product is so good. I had been taking it since July 2025 and two months in I feel so good. I used to be tired all the time and without energy to workout but with this all of the sudden I have the energy to do a lot after work. I even been cooking every day after work and picking up new hobbies. I feel energetic. I haven't loss any weight so if that's the main reason for your purchase i would say try something else.

Like magic for food noise and a wicked sweet tooth. They mix well into beverages. It does have a slight taste if you mix it with water. I normally put it in with electrolytes and coconut water so I don’t mind the taste. Expensive but worth it.

This is the ONLY THING that has worked to clear my decades of PCOS skin breakouts. Not even all the prescription topicals, the prescription medications like Spironlactone, no other supplements, etc. Even antibiotics which worked decently but not 100%, this product works the BEST!
