Easy to clean, product is as described and has really helped with my bladder issues after childbirth. They aren’t so heavy it causes pain just enough to help you strengthen the muscles needed to not pee everytime you cough

This kegell ball is over five stars, well made, slick and easy to use.

I didn't like the material the grip handle was made of. It was cheap and not durable.
