Worst Product....
Do not buy this product. Products failing within 2 months, needing constant repairs. Terrible customer service. Unresponsive support, technicians who close calls without resolution, and poor handling of warranty claims. I am contacted to Amazon team, so many times. They initiated pick up more then 3 times after that they have given me a option for self courier. I also send via post but returns back to me. Message from post courier not collected item from receiver. I am really very disturbed with this product. After that I also repaired it with expenses of around 1500 but after 1 month its again not working. I again call Amazon Team regarding this, but they said we can't do anything beyond this. Kindly send a email to vendor directly but vendor has not reverting to email. Very bad experience with Amazon.

Mixed Experience with Amazon product and Technician support
I purchased an Aqua RO from Amazon, and initially, I faced issues with the SGMP component not functioning properly. Thankfully, the technician who assisted me was incredibly helpful and managed to resolve the problem. She even coordinated with the company on my behalf and arranged for replacement parts. However, I encountered further issues with the copper filter and another component, which I had to purchase myself. While the technician’s support was commendable, the product itself seemed to be defective and required a lot of additional effort to get it working properly. In summary, the technician provided great support, but the product quality was disappointing overall
