I didn't expect anything from this product. But it really worked for me. I pooped once a day, after taking this product. The second day, a started pooping twice or thrice a day. Reduced bloating. Drank it on empty stomach. I didn't follow any diet or anything, but still it worked. Taste: It tastes like khatta Pani.. I like Pani Puri khatta pani, so it was easy for me. It won't reduce weight. It just cleanse our colon. You may reduce 1 kg or so. It's good health. Easy to use.
