I gave this pan a poor review 2 months ago because eggs stuck to the new pan the first time I used it, just as others have mentioned. It is a mistake for the company to claim that eggs don't stick without the use of oil. After using the pan for several weeks now, I must say they work well cooking other foods on low heat. I give it 4 stars overall. The company should drop the claim about the eggs not sticking, as many of us found out they do if you don't use oil or butter. Been using it for a year and half and still great and very easy to wash.

I've had this pan for several months and I use it every morning for cheese omelettes. No problems, and easy to clean. I don't know if it's truly non-stick or not, since I always use a little olive oil when frying my eggs. Sometimes some stuff sticks a little, but comes right off when I wash it. I bought the same one like 5 or 6 years ago, and it lasted that long, just had to get rid of it because it started getting dark spots where the surface was starting to peel away. But still, that many years for a $17 pan is pretty good! I never use anything abrasive when washing it, so I'm sure that helps to extend its life.

I fry onions and hot peppers every day. If you want to ruin a non-stick surface, that is how you do it. My first Granitestone took that abuse for close to a decade, and it's just starting to show a little wear. So, I treated myself to a new one. I've destroyed a lot of non-stick pans in my life. These have been the most durable. Food really does just slide off.

The coating is very durable even after daily use. Heats up quickly and washes off easily. Re-purchased becauseit worked great!

lasted 3 months. It was great at 1st and then I noticed the coating started to wear at the bottom circular corner where the sides meets the bottom of the pan and now it sticks in that area. Always used on low-medium heat.

We bought this along with some granitestone pots. I was really hoping to find a reasonably priced cookware supplier I could stick with but Granitestone is not it. The pan is fine for cooking but with our gas cooktop the handle very quickly gets too hot to grab bare handed. The hand is also flat and awkward to hold. Good looking and functioning pans but just like the pots the handles make it a deal killer. Not recommended.

I dont mind if I have to quickly fry some ingredients for a recipe as pan is so easy and quick to wash, happy with my buy

Doesn't get as hot as I wish it would. Other than that a very well made pan. Eggs do not stick but you do have to loosen them up. Following instructions is apparently hard for most people.

I bought this first for myself and was impressed by how well it worked. I was so impressed that I got my mother one for Christmas last year and she absolutely loves it. Even after a nearly year, it doesn't offer to stick on her and she uses it daily. She wants a new one because she wants to be able to use more than one at a time when needed haha. (she also asked if pots existed as she wants a whole set of these if possible) Mine does stick, however, but I'm not docking any points off as it was my fault it happened (I put it on a burner that was still on and it was left there for hours before I realized it was on. Even at 3 for heat it caused irreversible damage to the pan) As long as you follow the instructions and never cook above medium heat, this pan seems like it will last for a long time. Well worth the money in my opinion. The cheap frying pans of other brands ($20) never last more than a few months before they start sticking on me. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good frying pan. Well worth the money.
