This is a great bra, good value, very supportive and comfortable. I have fibromyalgia so many bras chafe, cause tissue pain and underwire is no longer an option. This bra is now my go to during the day and when I exercise. NO chafing or pain. The extra straps in the back add support without being uncomfortable. I've tried many bras and didn't think I could find one supportive that doesn't have underwire. But this bra is a winner. The only downside is that it can be a little hard to get off and it does give a little uni-boob shape, but not too bad. It's worth the money. I'm a 36C/D.

I’m 34DDD/E (bra sizes make no damn sense these days) I bought size L PROS: Coverage, support, comfort, material quality, band tightness without becoming painful (I slept in bra last night and didn’t wanna rip my skin off when I awoke), sturdiness, useful for heavy activity. I work on a boat and bought multiple running girl brand bras to work in. Best brand I’ve found so far for an active top that can be worn alone as swim top or as FUNCTIONAL and stylish undergarment. I like the higher neckline so I’m not spilling out the top, however… CONS: (Minimal) The separate paneling on sides of cups and around the added neckline are not very flattering @ the seams/where panels meet. The included cups may or may not work for your chest- especially if one side of your chest is larger or not quite symmetrical to the other. Can cause larger or lower side of chest to be squeezed into under arm area or toward middle of chest, not fitting in the cup/not ideal look. BUT: I do want to say that I have this issue with most my sports tops, and it was the least noticeable and most manageable in these running girl brand tops, again even with heavy activity of pulling anchors and much bending over/leaning on surfaces as I worked. These are the most versatile, supportive, and comfortable brand of tops I have ever purchased, in the perfect price range.

This is the best sports bra for running I have found. I also have worn it to work (I’m a nurse) and I felt secure and didn’t have to worry one bit during the day. This thick enough and supportive. The pads make sure you’re not showing some headlights. It’s easy to get on and off. I’m going to buy enough for a whole week from Running Girl.

I love these bras! I ordered a large for the first ones. They are easy to get on AND off! Even after a heavy workout when sweaty! The pads are sewn in so no bunching up! And when running, or doing box jumps or jump rope, they hold the girls in place! I usually wear a medium, but started with large. I have ordered a couple of mediums for long runs( anything over a mile) and they are just as comfortable! No shoulder pulling at all!! IYKYK!!

These are the only brand I will wear. This particular style (and a couple more) have the cup pads sewn into place. The extra shoulder straps provide more support without feeling tight or bulky, and BONUS, they hide back bulges. LOVE this brand and style.

It is really cute, just ran small.

I have a hard time finding workout bras that don’t make me look like I have one large breast. I am a 32DD and the large perfect. They are comfortable and keep everything in place for working out. I’m not sure I was running it, but I can power walk in it and it holds everything in place.
