This ear vacuum works well. It is good quality and reasonably priced. It comes with all the accessories shown and a case to keep everything in. All in all, this is a good quality product. I'd recommend it to anyone interested in it.

This sucks nothing. The suction is too weak. Unit and case look great, but the suction is so weak even at the highest level, that it serves no purpose at all. Nothing is removed from my eats at all, not even liquid..

Maybe I was expecting more, but this is really just a mini vacuum cleaner for the ear. The attached picture shows everything that's included. The case is actually quite nice and small. The actual instrument itself is just about 6 inches tall!The included instructions are very poor. They don't tell you too much. The instructions are:1) First loosen the wax in the ear with the ear scoop tool included. There are 2 tools included in a pouch, one is the ear scoop tool, the other is a brush.2) Then suck out the ear wax using the vacuum.There's also a hose included, but no instructions in how to attach it! I had to look at the picture on the box to figure it out. There are also 3 suction cups so to speak. You have to use at least one of them. And you have to figure out how to attach everything on your own. Luckily it is somewhat intuitive, but for those who like instructions, you'll be disappointed.I tried it out and it seemed to be okay. You don't have to use the long tube and I tried it with and without that long tube. I prefer using the tube. The end piece can go deeper in the ear. I got a little wax using the scooping tool, but I couldn't see any wax get sucked out using the vacuum. I use a cotton q-tip daily, so maybe my ears are clean?Overall I would say it works as described, it will vacuum your ear! And there are 6 power levels, which is nice. But don't expect too much out of it.

This ear wax vacuum has all the accessories to clean your ear. It also comes with a carrying case. Very nice.

Not a bad product, but not sure if it’s very effective. Continuing to use it as a think it makes a slight difference. Overall, pretty happy with this item.

If you’re looking for a better way to clean your ears, give this a try. It’s safer than using a cotton bud, especially if you’re someone who gets a lot of wax buildup. It’s a bit strange at first, but you get used to it quickly and it doesn’t hurt at all; it actually tickled a bit as I was getting the hang of it. The battery didn’t take long to charge and it’s supposed to last for 30 days. This is a great tool to have and would make a great gift, especially for this with children.

This is an electric ear wax remover. The instructions are completely useless. There are no photos and no description of how to put it together or how to use it. I had to look at the photo on the box itself and still don't know what the long nozzle is for. That being said, I was worried at first this would be too strong and hurt my ears. But this is quite gentle even on the highest setting. I love the manual ear wax removal/loosening tool, that is made out of silicone. And there’s even a handy storage case to hold everything in.
