Good response from RJ ART
Compact and sturdy frame. The wooden resting plank is made of MDF which was slightly cracked when received. The head board panel was coming off. Both issues were resolved by my carpenter. The company refunded the expenses. Amazon installation not reliable.

Elegant Design & Value for Money
The rj art bed boasts a sleek and modern design that fits seamlessly with my bedroom decor. The minimalist yet stylish look adds a touch of elegance, making the room feel more inviting. The Bed came all the way from Rajasthan & in 3 Parcels. The Parcels were packed so neatly with utmost care so that no damage will happen. The parts were wrapped with Bubble wrap, Placed the Thermocol & other cushioning. I have received the package without a single scratch . All the necessary tools were provided to Assemble the bed. I need to hire a Local carpenter to assemble the bed. The Seller was so responsive & Promised me to Reimburse the amount of the charges by our local carpenter. Coming to the bed, The wood was solid , The finishing was so neat. The Plywood Provided were of the highest quality. The bed frame feels sturdy and well-constructed. Given its design, comfort, and durability, the rj art bed offers excellent value for money . I am so happy for the Price that I have paid which included the Amazon Sale offers & Cashbacks.

Extremely poor quality and seller service
Very poor quality. It started to creek in just 1 month with weight load of just 70 kgs. The plywood supports is not enough and the ply is now hanging and uneven shaped. Seller is clearly of no help and warranty only exists for the sake .

Prompt delivery and a good product
The seller was prompt in delivery. I asked to change a drawer. He changed it the next day. The bed appears sturdy . The drawers are not attached to bed. They could be removed if you don’t want to use, or have to clean under the bed

Drawer option in RJ art wooden King size bed.
Drawer storage is not good.The wheels are not moving properly.As the drawers are kept just under the cut without fixing, it creates inconvenience. It frequently get miss alline.If there is an option I will like to return it.
