My son started taking these gummies two weeks ago, and I have noticed a clear improvement in his concentration, attention, and understanding. He is autistic (ASD) and non-verbal. During the first week, he was noticeably calmer both at school and at home. In the second week, he began following one-step instructions, which is a big step forward for him. I give him one gummy in the morning after breakfast. At first, he refused it because the texture tasted powdery, but I now rinse the gummy with water before giving it to him. I think there was some positive behavioural impact with these gummies, but we had to stop using them as they made my 4 year old constipated. They have an intense blueberry flavour with a decent texture. I'm going to try the other magnesium gummies they do too see if it's just the l theanine that has the gut impact.

My son has ADHD and waiting on meds to be prescribed, these have helped with his moods and overall happiness, can’t say they have helped his hyperness but overall 10/10 he loves taking them with breakfast every morning, was a week before I seen any change thank you 🤩

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review of anything but I felt I had to write a review for these. We tried the same brands magnesium on its own and to be honest we didn’t notice much of a difference. It was only until we combined it with this product that within a day we saw results. Our son has a lot of mood swings and can also take a long time to get to sleep at night. Within a day his mood seems to have lifted and he just seems less up and down. It doesn’t help him to go to sleep quicker but what it does is help him sleep longer so that he is less tired the next day which will also be contributing to his mood. Honestly these are an absolute game changer for mood and regulation I can’t recommend enough.
