My son started taking these gummies two weeks ago, and I have noticed a clear improvement in his concentration, attention, and understanding. He is autistic (ASD) and non-verbal. I think there was some positive behavioural impact with these gummies, but we had to stop using them as they made my 4 year old constipated. They have an intense blueberry flavour with a decent texture. I'm going to try the other magnesium gummies they do too see if it's just the l theanine that has the gut impact.

Im always sceptical of reviews on things like this but my grandson who's 4 was struggling with school constantly in trouble, being put in time out shouting at teachers meltdowns to end all meltdowns. Can't get help till hes 5. Bought these and wow 2 weeks on them on the difference is incredible. First week had 2 good days, this week so far 3 good days and 2 stickers for good listening. I don’t think I’ve ever left a review of anything but I felt I had to write a review for these. We tried the same brands magnesium on its own and to be honest we didn’t notice much of a difference. It was only until we combined it with this product that within a day we saw results. Our son has a lot of mood swings and can also take a long time to get to sleep at night. Within a day his mood seems to have lifted and he just seems less up and down. It doesn’t help him to go to sleep quicker but what it does is help him sleep longer so that he is less tired the next day which will also be contributing to his mood. Honestly these are an absolute game changer for mood and regulation I can’t recommend enough.
