I noticed a difference in about a week. My skin feels softer and the glow is beautiful. **I have psoriasis really bad, and tons of discoloration/scars on my arms and legs. I wanted to give this a try since it only had one negative review. Unfortunately, I had the same negative side effects. After three days of taking the supplement, my muscles became very sore. I continued taking the product for a full three weeks just to give it a chance. I can no longer do my daily workouts that I’ve been doing for the past three months. I can only do one rep before I feel like I am going to collapse - My muscles are so sore. I haven’t really noticed any change in my skin color. Other than that. I do feel fine. Just cannot exert myself or build muscle.
