Great supplement, mixed well
Love this supplement. Mixes well with everything. Smooth in coffee and water, not gritty at all. Works well and showed as an increase on my bloodwork. Only one I will use.

Good Value, Easy to Take
Great for the price. This dissolves easily (if not completely in cool water; probably would completely dissolve in something warm, like coffee), is tasteless, and hasn't caused any gastrointestinal distress for me, and I take two scoops a day (1 morning and 1 evening), with and without food. Another review mentioned the scoop is smaller than the advertised 5g, Curious, I measured it on my kitchen scale and got different results. I took a tare measurement first (just the scoop), and it didn't register at all (0g). Then I added a level amount of powder and measured again: it came in at 7g. A lot of talk that 10+ grams a day starts having brain benefits in addition to muscle benefits, so I'm good with seeing how 14g per day goes for a while.

Scoop is 3g not 5
Good product at a good price. I'm only giving 4 stars because the scoop that comes in it is not 5g, it's 3g. Bag reseals afterwords which is nice. Very chalky texture so I wouldn't suggest mixing with water.

Genuinely has helped me gain so much muscle. It took about 3 weeks for me to notice the difference but I have been recovering better and been able to perform better. I usually add it to a splash of water and mix it until it is fully dissolved and drink it. It really doesn't have a taste which I like, it just tastes like powder. Very easy to take and great value because this will last ages.
