Very hard to program if the instructions were in English would have been better and downloads are horrible. You don’t know which one to get although the product was an excellent shape and worked good problems with the instructions badly put together frustrating at least

I wish I could rate it more. When I saw "logo" in the description of capabilities I believed it could do anything with images. It cannot. The controller inside is absolutely bare minimum and it really brings the product down. For a few more dollars, the sign could have had something like a D16 controller, and it would really kick the thing up 10 notches. They support not just full use of images (which I thought I paid for), but animations/video. This thing has fantastic LED panels; It's like, you bought a Ferrari, but the gas pedal only goes down 1/4 the way, or you bought a house but most of the doorways have been drywalled over, or you bought a space heater but it's factory limited to 1/4 wattage because they didn't include a big enough cord. You're already paying 90% the cost. I wish I had realized before I bought it. But, I DID jam a D16 in there and did get all that functionality. But as it is, I can't review it better. To pay basically the same cost as the full game and get a demo is just nonsensical. The controller that came with it is not great. Also, weirdly, it's just zipped in with one screw and kinda angled and hanging there, like they said hey, let's shave a few dollars off and completely cripple the product right before they released it. On the plus side, build quality seems rather good, and the panels are quite bright, and if you did buy it, you can upgrade it yourself. It's not a complete loss or anything, but I would not buy this unit a second time.

Very good quality and clear message, I would buy it again

We purchased this item for a church. We needed time to have several congregation members try to get this up and running. Unfortunately, everyone found the same problems. The files were corrupt on the cell phones and the computer program was in another language. Amazon will not let us return it and the maker is unable to be contacted. Do Not purchase this sign!

This is a pretty amazing programmable sign. It is a nice size so it can be seen clearly from a distance. It is made up of a bunch of multi color LED's in a grid (I didn't count them, but there are a lot of them). The instructions are pretty good, you plug it in and then scan the QR code in the manual to download the app. From the website that it links, you choose your mobile operating system, Apply or Android. For android it then goes to the Google Play Store where you can download the app (don't have an Apple but I assume it will work the same on that platform). The app walks you through connecting to the sign and changing the message on it. First you will go to your WiFi settings and connect to the sign. Then you can use the app to change the message and use all the other features. Took me a minute to figure out the sequence to upload to the sign but once I got it it was super easy. You can change an enormous amount of colors, sizes, effects, speed. There are different backgrounds and other things from the app to select as well as speed, size, colors, brightness (it is extremely bright on its highest setting, there are 16 total brightness levels). It has two mounting brackets/holes and they slide on top of the frame so you can locate them wherever you need to and still be able to center the sign which is really nice and well thought out. I also like that you can turn the sign on and off through the app so you don't have to unplug it or have it on a switch. I am not sure if you can connect the sign to an existing static WiFi so you could then control the sign remotely, haven't figured that out yet, it may not have that functionality, otherwise you will need to be within WiFi distance of it to control it. If I figure out how to connect it to the house WiFi and determine it can be used remotely then I will come back and update this last part of my review as I am sure some people will want to be able to control it remotely.
