I take this along with several other supplements at night. This one truly stands out as relaxing. It helps along with my other supplements to get me(someone with panic disorder) relaxed and ready for sleep. I take this along with a couple other supplements(some in the morning and midday as well) to keep my perimenopause and cortisol levels in check!

I usually have a great experience with Dr. Bo products, but this one wasn’t the best fit for me. The recommended daily serving requires taking several pills, which felt like too much to keep up with consistently. If you’re already taking other supplements, adding four more capsules a day can be overwhelming and inconvenient. The product itself seems well-made, but the number of pills needed daily may not work for everyone.

Great value, but the dosage is three capsules per day. I'm on my third bottle, and it helps me feel human during my menstruation. It assists with mood and cramps, making it a staple in my life. I can't imagine going back to life without it. No more emotional rollercoaster.
