I have an 8 year old with ADHD and he can be pretty impulsive at times. He struggles with mood regulation and is or was cranky and argumentative prior to starting this product. Since B12 can help with mood we decided to give it a try not expecting much. After a couple weeks I noticed he seemed a lot more agreeable. Wasn’t arguing with siblings as much and he seemed to be more even keeled. It’s easy to use, he can take it himself and it’s a good value for the money. He doesn’t mind the taste either and we have had a positive experience overall.

The kids like the berry taste. Although, it seems to crystallize around the dropper and in the end of the dropper. Doesn't affect the use, just something to look for. The crystals usually go away when you shake it up forcefully.

This stuff really works! I like the all natural ingredients that are clean and safe for all ages. The taste isn’t the best, but it’s easily mixed into anything really. I have a super picky eater. I put it in his baby food pouches, stir it around and he doesn’t have a clue. I has helped with sleep and outbursts and meltdowns. I notice the days that he doesn’t get it. Will purchase again and recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. So to start I am not much of a review writer. But I felt compelled after my most recent experience. I am a first time pregnant mom, about 14 weeks! I had been having a really hard time with any type of vitamin and have been having luck with the flinstone vitamins, So I thought maybe if I stick to the products featured for kids, it would be helpful for me as I am a little deficient in b12 and iron. Well needless to say about 20 minutes after taking this product my body was covered in red hives from head to toe. My ears, elbows, knees and knuckles were bright red and extremely hot. My husband took one look at me and rushed me to the ER. I have never had an allergic reaction to anything in my life!! It was pretty traumatic for me and I am 30 years old!! My doctors advised me to stay away from this product and I suggest you do the same!

Thank God that there is a product out here for children as well as adults that really works. I don't know what we would have done if we had not found this because these days you have to have energy to get up every day to go to school to deal with life to go to work you just have to have it. We did try another brand but My daughter hated the taste of it but she took it because she knew it was important, and it was very expensive and then later on I found out there was a lawsuit out because a couple of people had gotten sick off of her product so I was on the hunt for another one. This one is a lot better and it does help with her energy. Finding a liquid B complex that has all 8 in it is very hard. This one has four, but we'll keep using it until we find one that is perfect for our family. Hopefully, they will read this review and try to work on a liquid product that has all 8 in it and does what it is supposed to do for both young and old!
