Well, Father Time has finally arrived showing up as arthritis in the left shoulder. The shoulder wand is helping restore my range of motion. The makers of the tool offer on line support as well as videos which are beneficial. The equipment is well made and the pretty pink color is attractive.

I was so happy to find this item. It works great - light - but not too light- good length for me (I am 5'2 1/2" tall, easily manageable, and seems to be helping me. It takes up almost no room , is easy to store, and would be easy to take along when traveling, if needed.

Ordered to help my husband recover from upper arm atrophy in both arms. Was in perfect condition when it arrived and assembled easily. Seems sturdy enough for the purpose. My husband is 6'2" and the wand is long enough to accommodate his arm length. The diameter is adequate and the "L" shaped handle is grippable and long enough to accommodate a larger hand size. The wand is described as "collapsible" which is not totally accurate. The pieces screw together, and if you want to break it down you need to unscrew all the pieces. PROS: breaks down into shorter pieces, so can be easily packed for travel; comes with a leaflet describing different exercises that can be done CONS: little weight to the item, so there is no resistance or muscle effort needed to complete the exercises (but does fully address range of motion exercises)

I got this because it was a much more affordable version of the boom stick or whatever it's called from the two most famous physical therapists on the internet. You know those guys. We all know and love those guys. But dang that stick is pricy! In comes this bad larry. It's nice and lightweight, and it even breaks down into a smaller version if you need. It also comes with that interesting bent handle at one end, which so far I haven't figured out what to do with because I prefer to have both hands gripping the same way instead of having one hand with thumb pointing up, but I'm sure I'll discover ways to use it eventually. But that part comes off too! The material and build (such as it is) seem very sturdy as well, so I don't have any worries of this suddenly snapping mid-stretch or of the threads becoming somehow unusable from "too much disassemble" 🤖 The thickness seems just right, and it's long enough for even my long monkey arms to get a good stretch when working on a single arm.

This was an invaluable tool for my recovery from a shoulder injury. The size is perfect, and being able to break it down if necessary is invaluable. It has been super durable. I continue to use it to help with my recovery and do my PT exercises. I would recommend this to anyone who needs to do PT on their shoulder.

I do have a cane for walking, but this is lighter weight and adjustable in length so much easier to work with at home in my less expansive (than gym or PT office) space. I've been through all these exercises before, trying to retain and regain function in my miserable arthritic shoulder and finally had to have a total reverse shoulder replacement. The walking cane is unwieldy for my shoulder replacement PT and this is just perfect. I almost look forward to using it for the dreaded external rotation set, especially when compared to the old dowel - it's simply easier to hold and maneuver. And I guess I'm also extolling the benefits of the surgery and my wonderful surgeon. At 2 weeks postop, I already had better function in my arm than pre-op, and so I'm doing these exercises with optimism instead of hopeless resignation. And the lovely blue "cane" sort of makes me happy! LOL.

This is a great tool. Lightweight and breaks down into 4 smaller sections. Reasonably priced. I've had both shoulders replaced recently and have been going to PT to get my strength and range of motion back in my shoulders. But, I still want to cruise so I needed a stretching bar that could easily be packed in my luggage. The fact that this breaks down into 4 shorter segments makes it perfect for taking along in my suitcase and it doesn't add much additional weight to my luggage. Another aspect to the multiple sections - I'm just over 5 ft in height so my arms are short as well. I don't need the full length of this tool to do my stretches and it's super easy to shorten it. However, I do have the ability to lengthen it if I need the extra length or if someone with much longer arms needs to borrow it, they have the ability to lengthen it.

A simple but effective tool for those who need it. After shoulder surgery I used this every day.

This wand is exactly what I need for the exercises my physiotherapist has given me for my injured shoulder. So much better than a broom stick or wooden dowel as you can hold the handle which puts your wrist at the correct angle. Lightweight but sturdy, it comes to pieces for storage and travel.

Very useful to use it for stiff shoulder . Came well packaged. Price was a bit steep!

Good shoulder rehab, easy to use and multi-directional movements

I broke my shoulder and started physiotherapy. This product helps me so much and isn't as awkward as my broom stick was. I still use it everyday and it's been almost 4 months since I received it. Highly recommended!
