Color is pretty vivid green. Not washed out like cheaper culinary grade. The flavor is smooth. Overall a good everyday matcha and good value for the price.

I’ve purchased this Matcha five times. I’ve also recommended it to many of my family and friends. I’ve tried many different brands on Amazon as well as different Matcha powders that can be found in stores in the United States, this is by far my favorite. It’s very smooth, not grainy at all. It has the perfect strength, it’s not easily overpowered, which I appreciate. The price is amazing for the quality. it creates a good layer of foam when made correctly. I stored mine in the freezer to keep it fresh.
