Excellent
This product seems to be like Marmite, but my experience has been outstanding so far. We'd accicentally submerged one of our previous Samsung controller (the great metal one) and we were not going to pay Samsung's extortionate price (£70+) for a replacement. With nothing to lose... A month later, this inexpensive solution still works like a charm. And it instantly connected to my TV (a Samsung Q90R). My expectations were low, and I remain surprised at how well it works.

Fine as a basic LG remote replacement but take note it doesn't have LG magic remote functions of pointer and scroll wheel!

As others have said - no need to pair the tv with the Phillips remote control,it worked immediately, The only thing I can see going wrong, is my six-year-old granddaughter put it somewhere that she can’t remember!!! Just just like the original
