After trying several chair cushions to avoid sores for my elderly dad, this one did the trick. He thought is was comfortable and it held up well. The shape is especially useful for men since it does not put additional pressure in the front area. Overall, very pleased

I wish this came in more widths but overall the product does what it is intended to do. It makes sitting in the wheelchair tolerable for my mom. I use this cushion on top of the regular wheelchair cushion.

This is more effective to sit on versus laying on to help relief pain and pressure in the sacral area. Also, if using it in a wheelchair, it needs to be placed so that slope is facing towards the back of the wheel chair as it will make the body lean more forward while sitting in the chair making it harder (if your have shorter legs) to reach your feet to the floor. The firmness and support to me were ideal for sitting. The design seemed okay and is comfortable to sit on for hours.

I bought this item for my father who had back surgery. It was difficult for him to sit for a long period of time and this cushion helped relieve the pain while sitting. It was thick enough to support him and worth the price for comfort.

This box like cushion doesnt work for the bed. Its high and slides.
