polymeric Sand Concentrate - 10 lbs. (Mix w/Local Sand to Make 100 lbs. polysand)

Worked very well. Make sure you do not skimp, on mixture. Insure the sand is dry, if it has any moisture is does not want to set up properly. Minimal effort to make mixture. Select the sand color you want, brown, white. Would use this again.

I followed the instructions and it has worked good so far. I should've filled the gaps higher, but that's my fault. Don't want to give 5 stars until I see how it holds up through the winter. Easy to mix with sand in a wheelbarrow.

I followed the instructions meticulously, and still got some discoloration on my black pavers. The good news is that the discolored look was very uniform, and I like it even better then the straight black color of the pavers. It also solidified the loose granite sand edging - about 6 inches wide - around the pavers, and has kept it from washing away. I love it.

I used this concentrate with 100lbs of medium grain sand from Home Depot to grout the gaps between flagstone on a patio at a clients house and so far it seems to be working as intended. I mixed it in a concrete mixing tub with a drywall mixer bit and brushed it in with a broom, then misted it with a hose and it has hardened up nicely. It also looks great. Edit: One month later, the surface of the polymeric sand has begun to crack

I first purchased a sample pack of Dominator Polymeric Sand and tested it. To be honest I probably didn't mix it well enough. I just opened the bag and pour it in my test joint, compacted it and it didn't turn out to good. My wife didn't like how fine the sand was in general. I saw this Consandtrate and I had to at least give it a shot. We like the color of the leveling sand when it wet so I dried some out, mixed 10 ounces of leveling sand with 1 ounce of the consandtrate, compacted it, sprayed with water out of a spray bottle, waited 24 hours and was sold. 24 hours after that I sprayed the test with Penetrol. Looks great. The leveling sand looks like it does right out of the bag. Very pleased with the look.

More economical for larger projects than the ready mixed products, plus it gives you the option of using the color of sand that best compliments your choice of pavers, stones, etc.

Product is not durable and comes loose with weather.
