I find that having this monitor is a great comfort while I'm taking care of a seriously ill loved one at home. Being able to see at any moment that their breathing and pulse are normal is quite a relief. Also, when at one point the oxygen tube slipped away from their nose, I found out right away because the low 02 alarm went off! One of the other reviewers mentioned the constant beeping with the pulse (which I agree is loud and annoying). I found out that you can actually turn it off. Press the "M" button then choose "Settings". One of the options is "Pulse Vol". Set that to 0, and it will stop beeping. The only thing I can think of that would improve this would be if it had a USB-C power connector, instead of the older Micro-USB.

Will take an adult pulse ox with the fingertip probe very good and seems to be accurate. The infant probe will not get a pulse ox at all. Returned the first one I purchased and the 2nd one will not work either. I missed the return window, which sucks since it was about $120 and we bought it specifically for pediatric patients.

The works great for both infants and adults. I love that it has continuous overnight monitoring, which gives peace of mind especially with little ones. The adjustable alarms for pulse and SpO2 levels are helpful, and the device is easy to use. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for hospital-style accuracy at home.

Love this ! My son has bad asthma & around allergy season he always has flare ups and has been in the picu more times than I can count. Having this gives such peace of mind , the cheap finger ones never are accurate and usually don’t last long . This is easy to use and understand.

Bought this for work. As a nurse i like having my tools, it works great. It is like a 3 in 1- pulse, oxygen sat and temp. Used it alongside my other oximeter and the readings were very similar. Screen shows clearly. Love it
