This company went way beyond my expectations in resolving a replacement issue. Their communication with me was always immediate and helpful. I will recommend others to place purchases through them. Their products are high quality, beautiful and their customer service is excellent.

Great looking, good value, See this review for help with leaks and PEX piping
We bought three of these for outdoor showers. I used PEX piping for everything and ran into problems. I'm not good at anything copper so I thought I'd share this info with other PEX people. Basically the supply lines connect via hose pipe (washer and all) to two "offset" brass fittings and terminate to standard male pipe fitting. On each shower, we eventually had a small leak at the hose connection, when I tried to tighten after installation, the crimped PEX fitting just turned and there was no way to "hold" the offset fitting. What ended up happening is the offset would change the distance and geometry between supply lines and put angled stress on the faucet. The hose washer would eventually give and then never seat. I replaced them with new ones but they still had issues. On one, it even stripped out the faucet itself and was unrepairable. Nicely the company stood by their product and sent me a new one. I sent them a video of the problem and I'll share it here to maybe help others. Basically you have to notch out the decorative cover to hold the offset fitting with a 1/2 inch wrench. You can tighten all you want and the PEX fitting doesn't turn. beware of sharp edges on that thin metal and turn the notch to the bottom after tightening and you won't see the notch. As for the shower itself, it is very nice for the money. Everything flows well. We run two at once off 1/2 inch line with no problems. I only wish you could have both the rain and the hand spray on at the same time. The tiny knobs on the valve handle are screwed in and come loose easily. Will try some threadlocker and see what happens. Probably buy some decent hose washers and use them for the supply line connections.

Decent price for a nice looking external shower.
The product was relatively easy to install, the water line adapters were a bit finicky though. Make sure each coupler has a rubber washer installed. One fell out on me and I didn't notice until I had the whole thing installed. The paint also got chipped a bit during the install when tightening some of the couplers. It leaked a bit when it was only finger tight so I had to use pliers. Installation time was a couple hours. The faucet adapters worked with the existing pex hose couplers which save me a lot of time. I also had to modify the shower in order for it to fit in an RV. I removed the main pipe that attaches to the faucet and took the coupler off and attached it to the extender pipe. I also had to install a plate because the previous holes for the shower lines were closer together and the decorative rings wouldn't have covered them.

NO Replacement Parts
BUYER BEWARE: So I wanted to believe the reviews and that it is a good item. It is a good looking item and it does look like an expensive item, but it in fact is a cheap item. My particular issue in the valves that allow water to flow. I can deal with the valve being backwards like other have written, its just a matter of getting used to it. But I have had two valves fail on me now. What happens here is the water cannot be shut off, you go to turn the knob and it just stays on. Its a terrible feeling to be in the shower, in a rush and what is a normal day-to-day thing just doesn't work. I've had this happen when we first installed it, thought it was a fluke so they sent me a whole new replacement part. I've simply took the valve out of that and used it, not 3 months later it happened again. I used the second of the two valves now down to no replacements. I went to a reputable plumbing store and they could not match it. Now I've called Amazon and they have refunded me, but that hardly helps because it will happen again and their suggestion is to replace this with a better unit. As you know this is hard to do because it's a wall mounted unit and there will be tile work involved. They have escalated it and we are awaiting response from the seller Gotonovo and the Manufacturer Junhai Xu - I look forward to their response and support and will update this as they make progress. In the interim NO I do NOT recommend this item.

Beautiful and Phenomenal Value
We purchased from gotonovo in September and October 2021 two Rain Shower systems with hand sprayer, one Clawfoot Bathtub system with hand sprayer and three sets of Bathroom Sink widespread faucets, all in oil-rubbed bronze. The quality and style of what was received exceeded even our most hopeful expectations. Our professional plumber installed all of these easily. The oil-rubbed bronze finish is very very nicely executed. Now we have been living with these for many months and find them equal to if not superior to any top-of-the line (Rohl, California Faucets, etc.) that we have specified in previous homes. Spend thousands more if you want to, but why? A tip: because these vintage/contemporary styled shower fixtures are very streamlined and stand away from the walls, they do not have integrated anti-scald feature. No problem, you can either engage your plumber or do-it-yourself to install at you hot water heater a "mixing valve" which lets you establish a maximum temperature for delivered hot water throughout the house and thereby avoid scalding. This has worked perfectly for us. Our only concern was resolved wonderfully working with gotonovo's Brenda Fentress in customer service ([email protected]). We wanted to stock some spare parts such as ceramic cartridges and the flex hose for the hand sprayers as we want to enjoy these fixtures for years and years. She worked with us closely via email to ensure we were able to purchase what we needed. Over time, I expect gotonovo to have a better capability to show/list specific replacement parts. But they covered this gap beautifully.

Amazing shower experience
Seriously the best shower experience I have EVER had. We were worried about not having enough pressure with this type of rain head faucet. We were also worried that it was going to be junk due to the low price. And while I cannot speak to the longevity of this shower system yet, as we have only had it installed for a month. I can tell you that it looks beautiful and high-end. Our contractor said he had no issues installing and he also felt it was well made. The best part? The water flow is AMAZING. I literally feel like I am taking a shower under a real water fall. Makes rinsing my long hair a snap. We did ask our contractor to remove the governor. I only turn the water on half way and it is still Waaaay more water pressure than most showers I have ever used. And the water flows out in such a melodic and perfect way. LOVE LOVE LOVE this shower system!

I would buy again. Looks great!
I’ve purchased this several times for different projects. I would recommend it. I looks great and high quality. It will need to be onsite for as well as your tile for the plumber to get the supply correct (just a heads up)
