Vitamin D3 must be taken with K2 to be affective! This brand is as good as it comes! Your Hydroxy D-25 level should be at least 60mg/dl.

Buen suplemento + importancia K2. Para los meses de poco sol
Soy nutricionista, intento priorizar la exposición al sol durante todo el año (de forma responsable y sin quemarme en verano), pero durante los meses de poco sol, tomo vitamina D + K. Se dice que la vitamina D actúa casi como una hormona porque llega al núcleo de nuestras células, donde está el ADN, y participa en la regulación de muchos genes. Es decir, va mucho más allá de “tener huesos fuertes”: la vit D interviene en el sistema inmunitario, la función muscular y el metabolismo. Incluso se estudia su relación con la obesidad, donde es frecuente encontrar niveles más bajos de vitamina D. Muy pocos alimentos de consumo diario tienen cantidades altas de esta vitamina (salmón, pescados grasos y poco más), así que no siempre es fácil conseguirla solo con la alimentación. Que lleve K2 es porque ayuda al correcto metabolismo del calcio. Simplificándolo, “acompaña” al calcio hacia dentro del hueso y evita que el calcio (cuya absorción se ve potenciada por la vitamina D) se deposite donde no interesa, como en las arterias. “Que el exceso de vitamina D no calcifique las arterias” (muy simplificado). Tomo 1 cápsula al día con algo de grasa o aceite, ya que son vitaminas liposolubles y se absorben junto con las grasas. Finalmente!!! recordar la importancia del sol, movimiento diario y dieta con alimentos naturales (sin listas de ingredientes). Espero que te haya resultado de utilidad :)
