I bought this phone as a gift for my daughter and I wasn't disappointed. The camera quality is great, setup was a breeze. The phone came with a case so I didn't need to buy. This product was very cost effective.

Works On Metro but NOT on Cricket. It may work on Mint. Phone is fully unlocked but is an international phone. All United States carriers are trying to force us onto accepting 5G, which is objectionable to anyone in the know. If you want 5G, buy anything else. This is a 4G ONLY phone, and if that's what you want, like I did, this is a great option for you. I had a Galaxy Note 9 that I bought new for $1200 and it was just worn out. This is an acceptable replacement. As for the seller, she was extremely helpful when I called her for advice when the phone wouldn't work on Cricket. It would work, but the network kept kicking me off with a valid SIM and phone number. Rather than port my number over, I opted to just get a new number instead, but porting to Metro is an option. Once 5G becomes mandatory I'll abandon having a mobile device and use a tablet in my semi for basic functions of work and have a landline at home. Smart Things loaded everything over perfectly and the phone functions and works excellent. The phone is very much worth the price.

Great value for the price. It is working good so far (been using it two weeks). It looks as good as new and perfect for a second phone.

Got it as a gift. Set it up and worked as if I got it in store. T mobile Sim immediately connected without a problem. Looks good and screen wasn't scratched at all. Good price for a gift or emergency replacement.

A16 was perfect to replace and UK Phone here in America. It can be converted to a US phone number at anytime.

The phone has been pretty solid.I definitely like samsung phones.It doesn't lag it gets you to your everyday task without having to worry about it.Not being compatible or quick enough.Good product
